365 Connect and Gexa Energy (NYSE: FPL) have integrated a resident utility sign-up form inside the 365 Resident Services Portal (365 RSP). The purpose for the integration is to allow communities that use Gexa Energy Services to complete a resident’s electric transfer at move-in; assuring that electric services roll off the community’s house account and into the resident’s name. The integration enables the 365 RSP to pre-populate the form with the community information, residents name, unit number, etc. cutting the entire sign-up process down to a matter of less than 2-minutes. It then pushes the data via secured web service directly to Gexa Energy’s customer processing center in a matter of seconds.
The integrated solution is being marketed in conjunction with Alliance Data’s Energy Management System; which includes Energy Procurement Services. This solution brings multiple savings and revenue enhancements to Alliance serviced communities; and further demonstrates Alliance’s and 365 Connect’s commitment to bringing new technology processes to the multifamily industry.
