365 Connect and its channel partner Alliance Data have created a “Bundled Solution” to enhance energy management and cost savings. The Bundled Solution brings in all the key elements of energy platforms; being water, electric and gas. The system integrates into the 365 Resident Services Portal (365 RSP) by creating a prompt to direct property managers to connect electric and gas (if utilized) on the resident’s move-in date. The 365 RSP interfaces directly to the community’s energy provider, guaranteeing a capture of the resident to enhance any revenue share agreements. Further, Alliance back-stops any energy waste with its energy management software, providing an audit trail to make certain that utilities were transfer off the property and to the resident on move-in. Rounding out the system is a full integration of Alliance’s sub-metering / RUBS billing system. The system allows a “Total Invoice” solution; allowing for rent, water, refuse, etc. to be billed in a single invoice and paid online via the 365 RSP.
