365 Connect has just launched its latest upgrade, Version 4.0, to its Resident Services Portal. Version 4.0 is fully wired to a community’s utilities and revenue partners, such as phone, internet, cable and furniture rental. Version 4.0 also builds out the community newsletter in full; allowing the community manager to add local content if desired. Version 4.0 sports an entire new look, navigation and enhanced Admin ToolBox that is enabled to pull in real time reporting from our preferred channel partners, such as Alliance Data and PropertyBridge. These systems are available through enhanced integration technologies that 365 Connect has been implementing with its channel partners.
365 Connect and Alliance Data have seen a growing need for Energy Management in the multifamily industry. Through bringing in a community’s electric provider with a prompter both to the manager and resident on the initial set-up in the Resident Services Portal and coupling it with Alliance Data’s Energy Management System; an average property can easily save thousands of dollars a year in energy cost alone.
V.4 is loaded with new features to keep residents coming back to the portal, such as various content articles, feeds, news and weather. An expanded service center that brings in a community’s entire management operation and a totally reconfigured resource center. 365 Connect is also hosting a monthly iTunes Gift Card giveaway for a limited time to promote V.4 to a community’s residents.
